Baptism:

• Baptism Preparation Class
• Held on the first Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m.
• Both parents must attend a class before the child is Baptized.
• Baptism Information sheet (PDF, MS Word)
• Sponsor Certificates for each Godparent from their respective churches:
• At least one Godparent MUST be Catholic
• If a Christian Witness is chosen as a Godparent, he or she needs to have a letter from their pastor stating that they are practicing their faith.
• If two sponsors are chosen, one must be male, the other female
• For Baptism, a parent may NOT be a sponsor.
• Please see the full set of requirements
• Everything completed and turned in at least a week before the Baptism
• Paperwork: Baptism Data Form, All sponsor certificates
• Attendance at a Baptism Preparation Class
• Please realize nothing is "Set in Stone" until it is received and entered in the Parish Office.
