The Basketball program follows the guidelines established by the NVJCYO. The program is always looking for volunteers. All volunteers must comply with the Arlington diocese Child Protection Program.

The following form should be used to register for the 2008-2009 season.

The above form can be delivered:

Via US mail to the address on the form.

Dropped off in person at the address listed on the form.

Dropped off at the grey conversion van in the old parking lot section A after school pickup.

These forms are required by NVJCYO and should be returned to the Coach Before Nov. 7 2008. Please do not include these forms with your registration form.
